Building Your Own High Visibility Front Sight
A web site I visit often is pistol-training.com. The have a very active forum and provide a lot of practical drills. One posting in particular was on how to make your own high-visibility front sight using some bright tape. For a complete set of instructions visit http://pistol-training.com/archives/376 . There you are directed to link that gives the step by step details. I added a comment that varies slightly on the procedure that worked well for me.
If you want to build one, and can wait till the UPS shoot in October, I have enough tape to do a small armory. If you can't wait, a role of tape will cost you about five bucks at Ace Hardware. (And then we can do do a medium to large armory!)
